Mr. Theodore (Ted) Cohen, P.E., President of ACTB, has been an active member of ASHRAE since 1979 and served as a member and chairman of the second of three editions of the HVAC commissioning Guideline Committees. ACTB is also a certified member of the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC) and Mr. Cohen served as President of the association from 1992-1994. He was an active member of the AABC National Standards Committee from 1980-1982.
