Albert Einstein College of Medicine (AEC of M)
Albert Einstein College of Medicine (AEC of M) has been a client of ACTB for the past 20
years. Serving as a consultant, commissioning engineer, and TAB agency, ACTB is
responsible for maintaining ventilation requirements in research facilities, conducting
system surveys, and developing comprehensive programs to improve system
performance.

“We have been using Air Conditioning Test and Balancing for over 30 years at our
complex. The majority of our systems are circulated air systems. In our Research labs
we maintain high air exchange rates, and the HVAC system is an extremely important
part of our laboratory unit. ACT&B has always been competent, competitive and
cooperative when working in our complex. They have designed, provided consultation
services and done both air balances and troubleshooting of our air and water systems.”

“ACT&B has been essential in determining the root causes for mechanical
inefficiencies and for developing and implementing productive solutions to satisfy our
demanding project needs. Their design and engineering capabilities – as well as a
wealth of field experience – have been instrumental in evaluating building systems
engineering and installations. They know how to locate and pinpoint the problem and
ensure that it is properly corrected. We’ll turn to them time and again for our HVAC
troubleshooting needs.”
